PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD of TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the August 19, 2026, Meeting of the Emerson Public Library Board of Trustees Special Meeting, scheduled to start at 8:00pm, has been cancelled. The next meeting has not yet been scheduled. The Agenda, to the extent known, will be available at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and may be viewed electronically at www.emersonnj.gov/agendasminutes.

The Special Library Board of Trustees Meeting, scheduled Wednesday, August 19th has been cancelled due to lack of a quorum. New meeting date will be posted shortly.
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS EMERSON PUBLIC LIBRARY SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Borough of Emerson Public Library is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from interested persons and/or firms for the procurement of contractual professional services for Borough of Emerson Public Library Special Legal Counsel. The Emerson Public Library has structured a procurement process that seeks to obtain the desired results, while establishing a “fair and open” process under the Law, (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.,) to assure that each person and/or firm is provided an equal opportunity to submit a Qualification Statement in response to the RFQ. Deadline for submissions is on or before Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. A copy of the Qualification Statement packet may be obtained by emailing Library Director Camille Valentino at valentino@emerson.bccls.org.
