REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS EMERSON PUBLIC LIBRARY SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Borough of Emerson Public Library is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from interested persons and/or firms for the procurement of contractual professional services for Borough of Emerson Public Library Special Legal Counsel. The Emerson Public Library has structured a procurement process that seeks to obtain the desired results, while establishing a “fair and open” process under the Law, (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.,) to assure that each person and/or firm is provided an equal opportunity to submit a Qualification Statement in response to the RFQ. Deadline for submissions is on or before Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. A copy of the Qualification Statement packet may be obtained by emailing Library Director Camille Valentino at valentino@emerson.bccls.org.
