Join the 2025 Adult Summer Reading Program and win prizes just for doing what you love — READING! Submit reviews, complete a Summer Reading Tracker, attend adult summer programs, or do all 3 and each time you will be entered to win one of our amazing raffle prizes!
Summer Reading Trackers will available at the circulation desk. Submit your completed Tracker to the circulation desk on or before August 21st.
Attend adult summer programs between July 17th and August 19th.
Drawing for prizes will be done on August 22nd.

Join Shelley from Every Little Thing Yoga for Chair Yoga!
Mondays: July 7th - August 4th

We will gently move our bodies, encouraging mobility and flexibility, and find some peace together in a fully-supported, adaptable class. No experience needed.
Chairs will be provided. Classes will move outdoors weather permitting. These classes are for adults of all abilities.
Knit & Crochet
Join the Knitters Circle for an afternoon of knitting and crochet. All levels of experience are welcome.
Basic materials will be provided, or bring your own.

Join us for the Paisley Workshop with Swetha Shenoy and learn the art of drawing letters and create your own hand-lettered artwork! Once you learn the basics of hand lettering, you can create all year long! Use this fun technique to personalize cards, gift tags, place cards, and even your journal! The possibilities are endless!

During this craft event with Robin Johnson from Garden Arts for Adults, you won’t believe how fun and easy it is to make beautiful marbleized paper! Great for notecards, seating cards, scrapbooking, and anything you can think of! Grab a friend and come have fun. Plus, we get to play with shaving cream!

Bold Yoga is a virtual studio for Libraries. This new service supports patrons in creating healthy, mindful lifestyles by making classes available on their time, offering fitness classes for all different ability levels. Includes Bendy Bookworm Kids videos!
Sun’s out, mats out! Celebrate the official start of summer with a feel-good flow, luminous vibes, and a little solstice magic. Join the Bold Yoga, Emerson Public Library’ s exclusive yoga studio, live stream event for a 60-minute yoga party. We’re saluting the sun (literally)! Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. You will receive a reminder email with the link one (1) hour before start time.
